The one-time setup covers the deep-dive audit and the build-out of your custom playbook. We take apart your current sales process, pricing, lead handling and team structure, then map out which Profit Activators to install first. By the end of setup you have a concrete plan, your scorecard, and the first changes already going live. The monthly retainer starts after that.

No minimum commitment. The Core Program is month-to-month with a love-it-or-leave-it guarantee. If the coaching ever stops delivering value, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice - no penalty.

Plan on roughly 3-5 hours of direct time with Jerry each month - two bi-weekly calls, any on-demand calls, plus quick check-ins by text or email. The bigger investment is implementation: rolling out new pricing, training your team, hiring and reviewing your scorecard.

The 1-on-1 relationship is with you, the owner - that’s where the leverage is.
